Who Can Vote for Suzi?

People whose voter registration is an address in District 3 can vote for Suzi. Roughly speaking, District 3 includes neighborhoods in the areas of Southridge, Denia, North Lakes, UNT, and west of I-35 near Denton Enterprise Airport.

Register to Vote or Update Registration

Only 1-3% of registered voters show up in runoffs for local elections. This means your vote has even more impact than state and federal elections. Plan ahead to ensure you vote! Check your voter registration status and address via the Voter Lookup tool.

Last Day to register to vote: Wednesday, May 7, 2025

  • Voters must register by end of May 7 to participate in the June 7 election.
  • You can only vote for Suzi if your voter registration is an address in District 3. If you recently moved to District 3 from another district, make sure your address is up-to-date on your voter registration.

There are multiple options to register to vote:

  • Visit the Denton County Elections Administration office at 701 Kimberly Drive in Denton.
  • Visit a branch of Denton Public Library and request a voter registration card. Fill it out and put it in the mail.
  • Find a voter registrar at an event. If you need a voter registrar to visit your house to register you, submit a form to Request a Voter Registrar Visit.

Early Voting

Early Voting Dates and Times for the Runoff Election:

  • May 27 (Tuesday) through May 31 (Saturday), 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • There is no voting on Sunday, June 1.
  • June 2 (Monday) and June 3 (Tuesday), 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

During early voting, registered voters in Denton County may vote at any polling location in the county.

Election Day

Election Day for the runoff election is Saturday, June 7, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
